Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During holidays, processing times may be delayed.
If invalid information is provided (e.g., incomplete payment or incorrect address), we will be unable to process your order. In such cases, processing may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days.
Note: All U.S. shipping addresses are verified through the USPS system. If you are unsure of your shipping address, please check USPS.com. This does not apply to international orders.
We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
MemoMaster is NOT responsible for delays caused by USPS guarantees, as it takes 1–2 business days to process orders before shipping.
Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected. Please note that transit times do not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates only.
MemoMaster is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Shortages of materials
Labour strikes
Transportation failures
Acts of nature
If a package is refused, shipping and handling fees will be charged and deducted from any refund. Refunds for refused products will only be processed once the product is received and reviewed by the MemoMaster team.
UPS is our primary delivery service. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS.
For delivery issues (lost, stolen, or delayed packages), please contact: support@memomaster.com. MemoMaster is not responsible for these occurrences.
Note: On rare occasions, international shipping can take 4–6 weeks (and in severe cases 8–12 weeks). MemoMaster is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services. Additional shipping fees may apply to certain countries.
Due to high order volume, orders are processed immediately after purchase.
If you contact us within 24 hours, you may cancel your order.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled if already processed or shipped.
If your order has shipped, you must either:
Refuse the package and notify support@memomaster.com, or
Return the package with a valid tracking number and notify us.
Refunds are issued only after the product is received and reviewed at our warehouse.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
Orders cannot be rerouted once processed.
If the package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, MemoMaster is not responsible.
If returned to us, we can reship or refund once received.
If a tracking number confirms delivery to the customer’s address, MemoMaster does not issue refunds for undelivered claims. For assistance, contact the designated shipping carrier (USPS/UPS).
To receive a full refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full, or partially full — including any “bonus” or “free” bottles) within 30 days of purchase, along with a written or printed note inside the package, including:
Your Order ID (found in your receipt)
Your Full Name and Address
Your Email Address and Phone Number
Original packaging slip (if available)
Note: Failure to return all bottles will result in a partial refund only.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed only after products arrive at our fulfilment facility. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
